The Bylaws page is a dedicated space for departmental clubs to document key resources or rules. This feature allows current heads to add sections outlining essential guidelines, expectations, or reference materials that next year’s heads should follow or be aware of, ensuring smooth leadership transitions and continuity.
To invite students to your club, go to your club's page. Click the plus sign next to the members' section, then select the URL icon to generate a unique link. Share this link with students to let them easily join your club.

Go to your profile, click on your name, and select the "Admin Page" button.
In the admin portal’s club section, click "Club Add." Collect the club head’s logo (preferably square), full club name (no acronyms), and a description for the "About" section. Optionally, ask for the club’s primary color or get the main color code from the logo.
In the admin profile, go to the club head’s page under "Users", CMD/CTRL + click on the club name from the list, and press save. Be sure to CMD/CTRL + click, as a single click will remove all their previously added clubs.
In the admin portal or through the email notification, open the post, check "Approved," and uncheck "Awaiting Approval."
Go to "Homepages" in the admin portal, select the current homepage, and adjust the settings for the specific news/event you want to feature.
